"Tall Tales and Real Man Adventures" starring author T Cooper, performance artist Scott Turner Schofield and singer Amy Ray was held at the Star Bar on Dec. 15 as a fundraiser for Charis Circle, the nonprofit arm of Charis Books & More. The bar in Little Five Points was packed as T Cooper read from his new book "Real Man Adventures" with Schofield and Ray helping out with a few pieces. Schofield shared a monologue here and there while also interviewing Cooper and Ray. Ray closed out the show with a short set of some of her solo classics and new songs from an upcoming country music album. To sum it up — it was an amazing night of art and fun.
