‘Lookingglass Alice’ is defying gravity at the Alliance Theatre.

The story is familiar: A little girl named Alice travels through a looking glass and seeks to be queen. However, the Red Queen may not give in so easily to Alice’s wishes.

The Alliance Theatre has reconstructed its stage to give Alice the ability to float and fly overhead, adding even more dimension to an intimate experience.

The show is receiving rave reviews and you have chances to see it now through May 30. Tickets range from $20-$50.

The Alliance Theatre is located at 1280 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Showtimes are Tuesday through Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
