As the holiday season approaches and most are in a giving mood, Georgia's nonprofits are hoping you are feeling generous enough to donate online as part of the first ever Georgia Gives Day all day Dec. 6. And of course LGBT groups and those who help people with HIV/AIDS are part of the mix and hoping for support. Georgia Gives Day is an inititiative of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and the state's nonprofit sector as a "flashmob of giving" effort focused for 24-hours of giving. To find the LGBT groups participating, click here. And to find HIV/AIDS groups participating, click here.
