Meet Dennis Flores, 32, a gay Atlanta resident who is one of the many faces of the Greater Than AIDS “Pride” campaign. Flores will be featured in an upcoming ad in The GA Voice and other publications across the country to mark World AIDS Day. Flores is a nurse and full-time graduate student whose work with HIV care has shaped his views on dating and health. His full story is featured on the Greater Than AIDS website that includes this video: Dennis is just one of a handful of local residents taking part in the Pride campaign that includes TV and billboard advertisements in addition to a series of print ads. You may recognize also recognize Alejandro Lopez, who worked to repeal the military's” Don't Ask, Don't Tell” policy as the president of the Georgia chapter of American Veterans for Equal Rights.
