Rita Ora, who has opened for Coldplay and DJ Fresh, will join Amy Ray of Indigo Girls and Andy Bell of Erasure in the entertainment line-up for this year's Atlanta Pride Festival. The annual LGBT festival is set for Oct. 13-14 in Piedmont Park. Ora, known for her US debut single "How We Do (Party)," will perform on Saturday, Oct. 13. The show is sponsored by radio stations Wild 105.7 and 96.7. "We are so excited to add this amazing artist to our increasingly robust 2012 stage performances! It is only through relationships like our partnership with Wild 105.7 & 96.7 that we are able to include an artist like Ora and still keep the festival free to everyone," said Glen Paul Freedman, Atlanta Pride board chair, in a press release. "We are confident that everyone will enjoy the line up we are putting together this year and hope to see Piedmont Park full of festival supporters having a great time," Freedman said. Amy Ray, half of the Atlanta folk-rock duo Indigo Girls, will play a solo set to close out the stage on Sunday evening before the traditional drag Starlight Cabaret. Andy Bell of Erasure will headline the Pride stage on Saturday. The Atlanta Pride Committee plans to announce the full entertainment schedule in September.
